Masihi Shiksha Vidyapeeth is Where Theology Meets Life. We uphold integrating practical experiences in ministry with work in the classroom to prepare persons for leadership in churches, communities, villages, city streets, and at every place. We provide flexible course scheduling and delivery options to meet students where they are. Masihi Shiksha Vidyapeeth is online and reaches out with resources where you are.
Masihi Shiksha Vidyapeeth exists to help people in their vocations learn the Word of God. We encourage you NOT to leave your profession, as we believe God has placed you in that position. If God is calling you to leave your profession and pursue theological education, then you may undertake a theological degree. But for others, Masihi Shiksha Vidyapeeth offers theological education with the ease of pursuing the same along with their profession. While you learn, you can also apply the same in your life and workplace as well.
Typically, a bachelor’s degree is required in order to be accepted to any Bible School. However, not everyone has a bachelor’s degree. We at Masihi Shiksha Vidyapeeth understand this situation, and thus, we do not consider this as a requirement for all of our programs. All you need to have is a desire to learn God’s Word, and based on your leaning capability, we will guide you to take courses that are easily understandable, resulting in you learning the truth of God’s Word deeper. Don’t let your academic qualifications stop you from learning God’s Word in a detailed manner. We encourage you to apply, and one of our academic counsellors will help you all the way through your learning process.
Getting a theological degree is a personal and a professional choice. It is not necessary to get a theological degree to understand the truths of God’s Word. Here at Masihi Shiksha Vidyapeeth, we offer you programs that are tailored to suit your context, needs, helping you understand and learn the truth of God’s Word in the simplest of manner. We issue you a diploma certificate of completion of the program once you undertake the courses, for your records and encouragement. Our goal is not to issue certificates, but to engage with you to help you learn God’s truth in the Scripture (the Holy Bible). While a certificate may be considered a documentary evidence of your theological learning, we strive to ensure that we impart solid foundational learning of the Christian faith from the Word of God that transforms lives.
Yes! Masihi Shiksha Vidyapeeth is committed to making theological education affordable. One hundred percent (100%) of students admitted into any of our programs receive a scholarship. You only pay a minimum amount of ₹100 per module as there is always someone who pays the rest for you.Your admissions application serves as your application for the scholarship. All students are encouraged to apply online through Free Admission Application.
Absolutely! Masihi Shiksha Vidyapeeth exsists to offer Bible School education to all those who want to know the Christian Faith. While most people go to a Bible School (Seminary) to take up profession as a pastor or a church ministry, but here at Masihi Shiksha Vidyapeeth we offer the same education to all those who are not in the pastoral ministry or such vocation. If you have a desire to learn the Word of God and apply it in your personal and corporate life, Masihi Shiksha Vidyapeeth is the place for you. It is for the common person so that you equip yourself with theological education in your context, in a manner that your understand the best.
Our programs consists of several courses that are compiled to suit your learning goals. Each course contains 4~12 modules. You pay a minimum amount of ₹100 per module as there is always someone who pays the rest for you. So, while there is no recurring fee, you pay at the ₹100 at the beginning of each module. Thus, over a period of 4~12 weeks, you would have paid ₹400~₹1200 for a program over a period of 4~12 weeks. Each module takes one week to complete. The overall costing is approximately ₹20 per day (5 days of classes in a week).
Masihi Shiksha Vidyapeeth’s programs are for those who cannot or do not want to commit to a full bachelor’s, master’s or a theological degree. Our programs are ideal for students who desire some formal theological education but, for whatever reason(s), might not be interested in or able to commit to a full bachelor’s, master’s or theological degree program.
While there are certainly a number of resources available for people who are interested in pursuing greater theological understanding, doing so in an unguided way can be challenging at best and theologically dangerous at worst. In this way, Masihi Shiksha Vidyapeeth is a great alternative to self-study because your course of study will be guided by some of the India’s foremost experts in the Christian worldview. We will help you understand the truth of God’s Word in original context, so that after learning, you may apply it in your context.
